Please complete the form to register your team. Once your team is registered, your players must complete an individual registration. The player can indicate what team he is registering for. To hold a spot two registration fees must be submitted. Just e-transfer funds to firstname.lastname@example.org
PLEASE NOTE: You can register a maximum of 12 players one of which must be a goalie. The ideal number is 10 players. This applies to both boys and girls divisions for 2017.

What is the deposit to guarantee our teams entry?
The league requires a deposit of $1050. This represents two entry fees.
Can the players pay the coach, who then pays the league?
Yes. We encourage this as it is a much more streamlined process.
I want to put a team in, how do I go about recruiting players?
Basically you don’t. If you have three or four players, have them recruit. The players, know who they would like to play with. Between players and parents should be able to round up 10 or so players.
If I pay the full team entry fee, what happens then?
We encourage coaches or managers to pay the full amount. This is the easiest for you. Once a team is paid for, you have the full time players register online. The registration form is also the waiver. We gather other helpful information from this form for the coach – manager. Things such as health issues.
